Here are answers to the most commonly asked questions about the National Rehabilitation Association's Members Only site.

How much does access cost?
Access is free to members of the National Rehabilitation Association. Non-members are not eligible for access to the site. This web site does provide information if you are interested in becoming a member of the National Rehabilitation Association.

I am a member of the National Rehabilitation Association. How do I get access to the Members Only site?
Just completely fill out the Access Request form.

How long does it take to activate my Members Only access once I have submitted the request form?
You will receive a confirmation within one business day. It is sent to you by e-mail, which is why we MUST have your e-mail address when submitting the request form. The confirmation e-mail will contain instructions on how to log in to the Members Only site, plus it will also show you your confirmed User ID and Password.

What are my User ID and Password?
Members of the National Rehabilitation Association can log into the Members Only site using their Membership Number as their User ID and any series of letters and/or numbers they choose as their Password. Passwords will only be activated for valid members after they submit an Access Request form. The National Rehabilitation Association reserves the right to alter your chosen password if necessary, especially if the Password requested contains non-alphanumeric characters. Always use the User ID and Password specified in your confirmation e-mail. It may differ from your request. Once assigned, Passwords can not be changed. User IDs MUST be the member's Membership Number and can not be changed.

What do I do if I forget my User ID and Password?
Your User ID and Password will be included in the confirmation e-mail you receive. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do not delete this e-mail. Keep it in a safe place in case you need to refer to it in the future. If you forget your User ID and Password and no longer have your confirmation e-mail, call the National Rehabilitation Association at (703) 836-0850.
